Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes when and how you can cancel a service and receive a refund from UniqoHost LLC.
1. Eligibility by product
1.1 Shared hosting, managed WordPress, business email
30-day full refund. Cancel within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund 100% of the plan fee to your original payment method.
1.2 VPS hosting
7-day refund window. VPS plans are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 7 days of activation, provided resource usage has been below 20% of the plan's allocated CPU and bandwidth.
1.3 Dedicated servers
No refund after activation. Due to the upfront hardware allocation, dedicated servers are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned and access has been delivered. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
1.4 Domain registrations
Non-refundable. Domain registration fees are paid to the registry at the time of registration and cannot be refunded. You retain full ownership of any domain you register through us and can transfer it to another registrar at any time after the initial 60-day ICANN transfer lock.
1.5 SSL certificates
Paid SSL certificates are refundable within 7 days of issuance if they have not been installed on a production site.
1.6 One-time services (migration, setup, management)
One-time professional services (website migration, initial server setup, ad-hoc management) are refundable only if work has not yet begun. Once our engineers have started, no refund is available.
1.7 Renewals
Renewal fees are non-refundable after the renewal period begins. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account dashboard.
2. How to request a refund
- Log in to your account at uniqohost.com/account;
- Find the order you want to cancel and click "Cancel / request refund"; OR
- Email billing@uniqohost.com from the email address on file, including your order reference and the reason for cancellation.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 2–5 additional business days).
4. What's excluded from refunds
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Fraudulent or chargeback-initiated transactions;
- Taxes or transaction fees where non-recoverable from the payment processor.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly all billing disputes directly and a chargeback results in account suspension until the dispute is closed. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and credit bureaus.
