What services does UniqoHost offer?
We offer shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, virtual private servers (VPS) on Linux and Windows, dedicated servers, business email hosting, and domain registration. All plans include free SSL certificates and 24/7 support.
How is my plan billed?
Plans are billed upfront for the full term you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). The total is clearly shown before checkout. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the same price. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
What will appear on my statement?
Charges will appear as UNIQOHOST on your bank or card statement, followed by the invoice reference.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Shared hosting, managed WordPress, and business email plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. VPS plans are refundable within 7 days of activation.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account dashboard. We pro-rate the remaining balance on your current plan and apply it to the new one.
Do you provide backups?
We run nightly backups on managed WordPress, Business shared hosting, and any plan with the Daily Backup add-on. Backups are retained for 7 days.
Can I transfer an existing site or domain to UniqoHost?
Yes. We offer free migration assistance for shared and WordPress plans. For VPS and dedicated servers we offer a paid Website Migration service where our engineers handle the move end-to-end.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime for all shared, WordPress, VPS, dedicated, and email plans, backed by service credits.
Where are your data centers?
We operate across multiple data centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. VPS and dedicated customers can choose the region closest to their users during checkout.
Do you offer root access on VPS?
Yes. VPS and dedicated customers get full root / administrator access out of the box, with a choice of Linux distributions or Windows Server.

Do you have an Acceptable Use Policy?
